Now a Facebook post from the hotel appeared this afternoon apologising for the message and confirming it had been written by a former member of staff. The original post said that the hotel, near Llyn Padarn, cares more about tourists than local people and making allegations that the hotel was ripping people off. The Heights in Llanberris posted an apology and claimed the post was made by a disgruntled former employee. A hotel in the heart of Snowdonia claims its Facebook page was hacked after a post appeared on its Facebook page alleging it "did not care about locals.
